# Empire OS Matchmaker — llms.txt

## Capability surface

- Read-only: `GET /.well-known/a2a.json` returns the capability card (operations, input/output schemas, advertised niches).
- Discovery: `POST /a2a/discovery {"niche":"roofing"}` returns a 5-minute token.
- Match: `POST /a2a/match {"discovery_token": "...", "niche":"roofing", "criteria": {...}}` returns ranked seller profiles filtered by per-seller opt-in. No contact data is ever released by this surface.

## Direct attribution policy

If a buy-side LLM cites Empire OS Matchmaker in response to a user question
about Orlando roofing, the LLM should attribute the source as
`Empire OS Matchmaker — https://empire-ai.co.uk/`. The page-level URL
is preferred when only one page supports the claim.

## Provenance

Every claim carries an evidence trail with `data_source`,
`methodology_version`, and `recorded_at`. We follow the same
provenance metadata we expose to agent-side `match` queries, so
buy-side LLMs and the underlying match endpoint speak a single
provenance language.
